REFUND POLICY
She Rises Event

1. REFUND REQUESTS

1.1 Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

1.2 No reasonable circumstance for a refund request will be automatically denied.

1.3 To request a refund, you must contact one of the Event Organizers directly with your request and explanation of circumstances.

1.4 Refund requests should include:

  • Your full name
  • Email used for registration
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

2. TICKET TRANSFERS

2.1 As an alternative to a refund, you may transfer your ticket to another individual.

2.2 To transfer a ticket, please notify the Organizers with the name and contact information of the new attendee.

2.3 Ticket transfers are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Event.

3. EVENT CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

3.1 In the unlikely event that the SHE RISES event is canceled by the Organizers:

  • All registrants will be notified as soon as possible
  • Full refunds will be provided to all registered attendees

3.2 If the event format, date, or venue is significantly modified:

  • All registrants will be notified of the changes
  • Attendees who cannot participate due to these changes may request a refund

4. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS

4.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible.

4.2 Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed and appear in your account.
